I just called to find out how much my car tax will be. A very pleasant gentleman assisted me and gave me the information I asked for. I don't know who is, but he is a wonderful city employee! Thank you Mayor Sanchez for hiring the best employee!
No one works here i guess
Very poor communication. I have been trying to contact the Property Tax Department for over two months by phone and email, but no one answers the phone and no one responds to emails either. I have made hundreds of calls and sent multiple emails with no response. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable when trying to resolve official tax matters.
Very disappointing experience. I have been trying to get help with my property tax for over two months. I am repeatedly redirected to different phone numbers, but no one can assist me. My emails have also gone unanswered. It is unacceptable to receive no support in such an important matter.
