Very helpful and kind. Easy as it gets to get a license
Employees are nice. Tabs are not an issue (there's no wait on weekdays). I would go in the morning for a driver's license renewal. May 2024: Claudia was very helpful with my questions via email regarding getting my mom's State ID (real ID). It took about an hour, and I pre-filled the application online for my mom. August 2025: I got my tabs for both my vehicles. This location is convenient, fast, and close to my house.
Staff here are wonderful. My renewal was processed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend New Brighton DMV!

Very friendly staff and great customer service experience. The lady I was with was very nice and helpful. I came in the morning and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Best DMV experience I’ve had so far.
