Despite the fact that DMVs are completely swamped by the Real ID rush, this location's team's competency and speed is exceptional. This is unfortunately not enough for the sheer demand at this time but they do process people quite quickly and wait times are rarely longer than an hour and a half and usually much shorter in my experience. Should return to being a reliable and quick location once the rush on real IDs calms down.
DMV but with a new cavaet: care, compassion, and kindness. Tiffany helped redefined the way I think about the DMV. She was knowledgeable, efficient, full of grace and pause, and gave me the BEST experience I have ever had! Tiffany made my day lighter and better - gifts I never thought I'd leave the DMV with!
