They are absolutely a joke! Extremely rude and unprofessional people. The whole transportation department is not helpful at all. What parent in their right mind would be up at 3 am to get their kids ready for school walk a few miles away in the pitch dark for a 5 am pick up time when school doesn’t start until 7:30 am? The kids would be on a bus for 2 and a half hours with a complete stranger. How would they be able to use the rest room if needed? Everyone was extremely nice and eager to help even though they were very busy thank you
The new bus driver for bus 57 is awful. We want Phil back. This lady literally held my son on the bus after his stop. She should be fined and out of a job. She speeds through the neighborhood l, through stop signs and passes stops completely.
