The receptionist at this clinic needs an attitude adjustment, she is unprofessional, rude, and laughed at me on the phone. I called to see if I could be 10 mins late bc of traffic but I could not due to a new patient appointment, understandable. She said that I had not done the online check-in and I conveyed that I never do those, which I do not before an appointment, I usually fill this out on a tablet when arriving to my appointment as I have done with every other clinic I have been to.
