My son started in the 2 year classroom at the end of September. Upon enrollment I informed the assistant director that he was being tested for possibly being on the autism spectrum and was currently not verbal. I was assured that his classroom would have 2 teachers and that the staff was capable of handling his special needs. Unfortunately that was not the case. Went there yesterday trying to find a place for daughter and received horrid treatment of prejudice and racism for being male and a minority. They tried to be sneaky and took a picture of without my consent. I wish to thank all of the teachers at KinderCare, my grandson absolutely loves it. It is a wonderful experience for him and I can fell confident that when I drop him off he is in good hands with the staff.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! My 3-year-old son absolutely loves coming here every day, and as a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. The Center Director and Assistant Director go over and beyond for the children and parents. I was late picking up my child and was very upset. She met me at the door and told me everything was okay. The Staff they have are amazing. Asia and Kiesha are amazing. They always take care of my baby. They even have a teacher responsible for checking in on new families. This was amazing way to serve customer service at its best. Great Job. The M&M Team are amazing!!
If there was an option for 0 stars, do not send your kids here, it would be chosen. If you want to pick up your child and find teachers you’ve never seen in your life, then just walk out with your kid, and they not even question who you are… sure go ahead. There is absolutely no structure. Questionable if learning even takes place.
