Don’t anyone let a stray dog in your house for just a sip of water he becomes yours and you then have to PAY the shelter to pick it up! That's insane!
When a concerned citizen calls about an animal who was loose in city limits they refused to assist. Additionally they want to charge their citizen non owner of said dog $90 stating it's their policy. Which btw I told them stinks
