Visited the store today interested in ordering a sofa. I own a vacation home in Blue Ridge and wanted to shop a local Norwalk dealer. Upon entering the store the store associate looked directly at me and did not say a word. I assumed she would acknowledge me after she finished speaking with another customer. But no. She walked by me twice without an acknowledgement. If that represents the customer appreciation and or service there I will take my order and business elsewhere. So much for local friendly service. Fantastic selection of high end handmade items. When I was in the area with friends in August I bought some Christmas presents early. I believe in supporting local businesses and artisans.

Rude staff! My friends were looking at placemats which were in an open sliding door cabinet. When we slid the door over to look at additional placemats, a women yelled from across the store 'can I help you.' We replied yes we were looking for placemats. Her answer was to reach past us and close the cabinet then tell us to look around the store. We left.
My family and I love this store! We make it a point to stop in every time we’re in Blue Ridge. We always find some amazing accessories! Over the summer, we selected a rug from a wall of their samples. Vicki ordered in 2 - 8x10 area rugs and had them dropped shipped to us in Florida. It was an incredibly easy process and the rugs arrived faster than we expected! And they are absolutely perfect!! Thanks for the amazing customer service! We can’t wait to visit again!
