Had an appointment with this tax preparer for 12 o clock on a friday. They called me to reschedule for the next week at first which i said sure. When i showed up the next week to do my taxes, the door was locked and the business seemed closed. I knocked on the door, rang the doorbell and even called as i waited for 30 minutes to see if someone would answer. And while waiting i could hear someone was inside playing rap music. Ended up just leaving as this was just a big waste of time

I Had a decent experience when I first went to this business. We asked if our tax preparer could give some general information about a prior tax year that we still had concerns about. She agreed and asked us to email the information and call a few days later so she had some time to look over it. We Have called 25- 30 different times to get this taken care off.
