Jacqueline is an absolute gem! She is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable for you procedure. I have a stubborn foot tattoo that she has been diligently working to remove and I'm super pleased with the progress. It's been a long journey only due to the placement of the tattoo and it being A LOT of ink to remove. I've always felt like Jacqueline is honest and a great partner throughout the whole thing.
