Went to get a perm and it didn't not take. Called to talk to the owner Brittany about it and refused my phone call said I had to send her a email. Spent 35.00 for absolutely nothing. I will never go back there again.
Drove 40 miles to get a haircut on Saturday and was told if I didn't have an appointment could not get in take down walk ins welcome probably won't ever go back.
Went in to get a perm and my perm did not take.I told them in the very beginning that my hair was hard to perm that it need to be tested to make sure that the perm was taking before they washed it out which they did not do. I called to talk to the owner , brittney is her name and I was told she does not take phone calls that I need to send her a email. This is no way to take care of a problem. All I can say is people beware I spent 35.00 for nothing. I will never go back there again.
