They get "drug seekers" all the time. They have to be cautious and ask questions to avoid lawsuits. Everytime I was there I got first rate care. The patients complaining are probably the ones that turn around and sell the script on the street. Many patients don't take their medicine, nor follow the care givers instruction, then wonder why they feel bad. ENTITLEMENT IS ALIVE AND WELL.
My uncle has been in care there since it has been open. he has gotten the best care i have seen. the help is just great. the place always clean, and the help is always happy to great you when you come to visit. they do a great job with the residents/family they work with. thank you for the great job
i was recently in dr. heaver's office for a minor emergency, the day before the thanksgiving holidays, & was told i would have to come back the following week, because he was leaving early to go out of town for the holidays. if he knew he wasn't going to be there they could have called me to reschedule, but they didn't & i was very upset & will be looking for another doctor. i guess his "vacation" was more important then his patients. not professional at all, considering this is the 2nd time they did this to me.
