Annie Chamberland at New Beginnings has helped not only me but my family through a lot of loss. Super cozy environment. I received some top notch reflexology and left feeling peaceful and rested. Very happy I found this place, it's my new favorite.
Back before the COVID-19 craziness, I was lucky enough to experience a preview of the new Balance program that New Beginnings is putting together, which has two therapists working on the client at the same time (massage, reiki, reflexology, etc. in any combination), and all I can say is "WOW!" Huge kudos to Annie and everyone involved - with a special shoutout to Jonathan Anderson, who has the best massage hands in the business. Do yourself a favor when this is all over, and go!!!
I can't say enough good things about my experiences at New Beginnings. They truly care about you as an individual, and I always leave there feeling loved and pampered!
