The tellers are nice; once in a while there’s someone with a sense of rush throughout the transaction, mistakes here and there but they will correct it. For what they have they do a great job. A couple cash recyclers and a bill counting machine would make counting the money more efficient for everybody. For a reason they act secretive about what CD rates they offer; perhaps they offer different ones depending on how much money you’re depositing. Not the employees fault. Worst customer service always issues with fraud. The extended holds on checks after being a customer for years.Just horrible banking,
I don't know what went awry with the system migration, but today (6/3/26) was the WORST I've ever seen this location in the 15+ years I've been there. Over 30 minutes just to deposit cash. The lines were INSANE. And this is not the first time in my recent history where I've waited 30+ minutes. Get it together for goodness sakes.
