My NBCU debit card info was stolen. I was charged over $700. I showed proof that I was in New Bedford and not an hour and twenty minutes away in another city where the fraud took place. NBCU sided with the thief. I’m in shock and stressed about my upcoming rent.

I went to this bank to get $20 in Quarters to help my mom do laundry and was denied because I didn't have an account. Ridiculous!
The new manager is not nice like the previous one. I am going to have my aunt change banks. Worst experience ever with that bank. I used to like this bank but after today with the experience I had this is the worst bank ever.
I've banked here since I was a teenager and have put up with many many rediclous issues but after having my account overdrawn multiple times now because regardless of the fact that I put in the account i want money to come out of to pay my bills, the credit union for some reason pulls the payment from my checking ( which I didn't not use the account number for ) and then overdraws my account and charges me a fee. No thanks, I'm all set. Take your money to a real bank.
