Kyle gave us excellent service and went out of his way to help us find several shoes in store and online. All staff were very attentive and assisted us throughout our shopping experience and I look forward to returning
Sydnie is very helpful and polite. Just asked if we needed help and we said no while we looked around and she did not pester us (we were the only ones in the store at this time). Once we asked for help she was very helpful, above and beyond actually. Also she was sweeping the floors pretty studiously when we came in. Prices here are better than any other outlet I've been to (I've only been to 3 but still). They had a Buy one get one 50% off, and a 3rd one 50% off as well. First time i've seen that. I needed to return an item and happened to work with Zack. From the moment I stepped into the store until I left, he made me feel very welcome. His professionalism and etiquette were top-notch. Even though I was returning an item rather than making a purchase, he handled the process with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate his excellent service and wanted to thank him for it.
No me dejaron comprar. Había tomado 6 pares 2 de un modelo y 4 de otro y me dijeron que no me los podian vender. No hay ningún letrero en la puerta ni en la caja. Solo, no sé sí por ser extranjero no me quisieron vender.
