Service is noticeably great! Employees know running, hiking, trail shoes. A real pleasure to deal with staff that knows the product and takes the time to discuss what kind of activities you are involved with. I just bought 2 pairs -- one running and one hiking. CJ, the store manager spent ample time with me hilighting my options. I even had a reason to call CJ to ask a question. A live voice answered -- no robot! What! Store is easy to get to with lots of close up parking
As a track and field athlete and coach, I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this store. The people here are awesome! Jasmine was super helpful, and Kayla was so kinda and knowledgable. She spent probably an HOUR with me pulling shoes and making sure I was finding what I was looking for. super happy with my purchase and 10/10 recommend this store!
An associate had ordered me the wrong pair of shoes but the manager Zach was there to step in and correct the issue. He even called me day's later to make sure my shipping order was good. Good shoes. Good people.
