My podiatrist, Dr. John Ohanlon, recommended New Balance Factory because I have pain in one toe having to do with my foot being not properly supported. These folks are pros in measuring and knowing what type of sneaker I required. The sneaker feels great!
We have made many trips to the Union Park New Balance and are always received with great service...even with our energetic little ones. As an avid runner, their shoes are high quality and great for any event. Our kids love the styles, colors, and fit as well and the price is great for a growing foot. Thanks for all your help!

Not only are the sales personnel very knowledgeAble about their product lines, they know a lot about foot injuries and maladies - and they combine this knowledge to provide you with shoes you'll never want to take off! There is such a good energy in the store with high energy, smiling staff. I want to send a personal "call out" to Ashley who has helped us for 5 years!!!
