I used to come here, the latest experience lastnight wasn't that great. I drive over a hour to use their machines to get the exact pair of shoes we need. A employee that has worked there 8 months from what he said had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I was explaining the machines. Then we were just so unhappy with that employee we asked if their was someone more experienced and then he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. The machines were completely off. After searching all day for a pair of kicks for the old man. Which has always been a challenge bc his foot is slighting wider than the other, and going from store to store we weren’t getting much help. Thank god we stopped here and were so surprised with the level of service we received, showed us all the shoes we wanted in three or 4 sizes, they laced them up for him, 3D modeled his feet to show us what was going on, shoes are made in the USA and service was top notch, shoes are very nice and high quality very well construc... read more
