We purchased this sectional couch for our new home and are so happy with our decision to go with New American Furnishings. Our living room is an odd space so we had to build a custom couch. Tony was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We discussed all of the different options from fabric, seat depth/height, arm design, etc. He answered all of our questions and really listened to all of our wishes and concerns. Quality and price are good. I bought a dining table + four chairs, and a sofa bed in Dec, and they are holding up so well. Tony was easy to work with and made the whole process simple.
Best furniture store in East Bay. Got a new couch and mattress/headboard. Great pricing, great customer service and seamless delivery. Tony is the best!
This is an amazing furniture store. The prices are incredible. They have some interesting pieces that may benefit students living in the area.
Love my new sectional sofa—great quality and super comfy! Tony, the owner, was fantastic. Not pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and encouraging. He even delivered it himself and helped with assembly. Amazing service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!
