My experience with NAF overall was great because the entire process felt smooth, organized, and supportive from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was helpful, communication was clear, and we always felt informed and taken care of throughout the loan process
She is wonderful. This is the 2nd deal we have done together. She was the super hero thank was able to save the deal when the other lender could not come through. She is a preferred lender that I would refer my clients too. I also can recommend the company on the serving side because I am also a new American Funding customer.
What is there not to say about how wonderful it was to work with Vivian during the purchase of my client’s home?! She was professional, very responsive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the home loan process! She put the buyer’s first and made sure they were getting the best type of loan for their needs! Will definitely send anyone I know that is in need of a home loan her way!
