Overall the entire process of selling and buying a house was very hard for me and Tricia & Cheryl made me feel taken care of. They gave the best REAL advice and really made me feel a little more in control of the process! Could not have gotten through this without them!
Tricia is a rock star. The reason I stuck with NAF was because of her. She was super helpful the length of the entire process. She answered texts within minutes, she was frank, approachable and responsive. Compared to others I dealt with especially at other companies, I couldn't have asked for more. 5 stars. I am in upstate ny, she was in Staten Island and at no point did that distance matter. If you're looking for a mortgage, she's the best. Highly recommended.
