From the 1st phone call with Todd, he was so informative. Todd took an incredible amount of time to explain everything to us. Even things we didn't know to be concerned about. He came highly recommended from an accountant, and now we understand why. He answered, guided, and completed everything we needed done in an amazingly quick time. If we ever buy another home, Todd will be our first call.

Todd is always available for a call, extremely sharp and responsive, and has a very positive energy - my experience was six stars out of five honestly. Additionally he made it easy for us to understand what rate would work best for us and recorded a video explaining the different methodologies, which was very helpful for my fiancée who can't take calls during the day.
