There were two major issues with Steven Macke and they were scam and deceiving. Issue 1: When I contacted him to get a quote, I sent him an address of the property, which is a condo and he sent me a comps and said 5.25%. This was significantly lower than other competitors, one of them was recommended by my trustful loan officer so I went with Steven.
