I dealt with Rebecca Pierce, who helps clients in the Bay Area. She was very responsive and quickly handled any issues that arose. It was important to me to deal with someone I could reach on any day and who would make sure everything progressed smoothly.
I was the first time buyer and had loan finace through Scott and had horrible time throughout the whole process.I see all the great reviews here but i did not get any of those experience at all.My loan got closed 2 weeks late even though we had started loan process long ago and had to pay seller extra delayed fees from my own pocket.Worst feeling i had to went through during process.
First time home buyer now owns a home! Scott is a force to be admired! Then when he brings in his team watch out! Extremely professional, positive and forward thinking. They knew they wouldn't let me down even when I felt lost at times! Thank you for everything! Dinner at my house!
