I am an agent, and I was introduced to Raheam by my buyer because he had done some transactions for my buyer's family previously. I am usually very hesitant using other lenders compared to my go-to lender, but when I reached out to Raheam to introduce myself, he had everything verified and ready to go for my buyer!!! Raheam is extremely astute in his knowledge of loans and mortgages, and he demonstrates exceptional and thoughtful communication skills both in verbal and written correspondences.
