Kyle, is a very responsive and personal person to work with he deserves a 5 star rating in my book. I had a paper work problem with New American funding (NAF) regarding our family trust and the home owners insurance. I contacted NAF service to try and correct the problem. No luck there.. So I decided to contact Kyle for his assistance even despite the fact that the loan was taken out three years ago at a different branch. He jumped right in and sent e-mails out to try and correct the problem. Now that's customer service !!!
This was a really seamless experience for me. I haven’t purchased a home in a long time and the team was great at walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Could not recommend them enough.
Kyle is great to work with, friendly, and responsive. New American's rates are highly competitive and Kyle does a great job working with you to have a smooth escrow.
