The overall experience was great because everything was communicated to us directly and in a timely manner! Ms. Kelly made sure to get back with me every time I had questions, even if it took a bit, I alwaysss received the help or clarity we needed!!
I heard that buying a house is stressful but honestly Kelly made it super easy. She asked for simple financial documents and took over from there. Most of the documents I had to sign were through email and could take my time reading them when I got off work! If I had any questions, I would just text or call them and they would clarify the issue. Kelly and her team are very generous and make you feel welcomed!!
