Good at getting you your loan, after that you're on your own, oh unless you want to refi, then they're on it like a dog on a steak bone. New American is the worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with, no communication, when you do get a hold of someone you can't understand the broken English, lot of gall having the word "American" in their name, lost payments, sell your loan with just days' notice, raise your payments without notice or consultation.
