Gretchen was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions quickly and in a way I could understand. She laid out my options and explained how each of them work. I would highly recommend Gretchen to anyone going through the process the first time or the 5th time.
There are not enough good words to say about Gretchen! She is amazing at what she does and you can tell she loves her job!
