Terrible experience with Greg. He kept the buyers of my home in the dark about their loan, saying it was in “underwriting.” He strung them (and us) along for the entire length of the contract, until it expired at 45 days. He kept telling my realtor their loan would definitely go through and that he’d order the appraisal “next week.” That appraisal was never ordered, and we were all kept in the dark.
