I had a family member work with this company. Her first and worse experience. Communication was the worst, Information about the loan they said she qualified for was not given to her. The rude email the loan rep sent back was disrespectful. She still has the rude email that was sent. Just not professional and no accountability for any of the process. That's okay. I will be in touch. Been in banking 35 years. I know the process and don't talk or email customers rude emails . .
