Poor communication. Does not keep you informed of what’s going on. Ask for a ton of documents, goes MIA until you reach out to them, then asks for more info. Never ending process.
Very poor experience. The loan officer lied on multiple occasions. Claimed file was clear to close and yet came back delayed three additional days after supposed CTC needing more documents. Claimed they had run out of money for funding on one occasion. Also, claimed a computer glitch and underwriting could not move file to funding- the reason they could send loan documents to attorney on a different day. And that night then needed an FHA addendum signed by the seller. This would have been done way before a CTC is given. Use ... read more
Lucia Morales was put in charge of my case. I submitted every document requested a month in advance. She never returned a email, never answered the phone & does not have a voice-mail set up to leave your concern.. I am thinking everything is going well and I get a letter stating I am missing documentation and my failure to respond has dropped me from the home retention program! I had no clue!
