Very poor experience. The loan officer lied on multiple occasions. Claimed file was clear to close and yet came back delayed three additional days after supposed CTC needing more documents. Claimed they had run out of money for funding on one occasion. Also, claimed a computer glitch and underwriting could not move file to funding- the reason they could send loan documents to attorney on a different day. Lucia Morales was put in charge of my case. I submitted every document requested a month in advance. She never returned a email, never answered the phone & does not have a voice-mail set up to leave your concern.. I am thinking everything is going well and I get a letter stating I am missing documentation and my failure to respond has dropped me from the home retention program! I had no clue!
