Cassandra Payne was great! We had our refinancing five years ago. Yes, this is long overdue great review for her and New American Funding. How I chose the company was I googled the best companies for refinancing, it was 3 of the best during that year and she gave us the best rate, no PMI and locked rate for the number of years we want .It was a smooth transaction. If ever we will do refinancing again, we will look for her because of how easy and how helpful she was to us. Thanks again, Cassandra. BC
Hands down one of the worst mortgage companies I have ever had! I regret my choice every time I deal with them!
The only responses we have received from them have then later been found to be lies. Tell you one promise and find out a complete lie. We had pre approval. Made an offer and then they tell that they can't find funding for it and the offer was 25k under pre approval rate. Only positive part is that State of Wisconsin enforces verbal contracts as well. So the empty promises will be paid for.
I attempted to get a quote for refinancing my mortgage from this company in December of 2020. I was assured I would get the quote within two days, so I authorized a hard check on my credit. More than two weeks later have received nothing but silence from this company in return. I have a ding on my credit, but I still don't have a quote or any other sort of explanation. The person I spoke with initially was friendly enough, but the complete and total lack of follow-through leaves me unable to recommend this company to others ... read more
