So I've been dealing with NA since December of 2022. My close date has been pushed back 3 times since the 13th of this month. Push back 1 (by the loan processor Tracey and the appraiser) was for a rail that could have easily been installed after closing. Push back 2 was appraiser having to go back out (for another $150) and make sure the rail was put on. I honestly think they are in some kind of scam with the appraisal company.
