Amy went above and beyond to locate an underwriter to secure a loan for our unique situation. She’s extremely committed to find a path for customers and is the most caring and genuine person. I would most definitely recommend her!
Amy was very responsive and answered all of our questions in detail despite her busy schedule. Our only negative was that NAF was not able to keep our loan in house, but we expect to refinance soon so we can go back to NAF. Very good experience.
