After looking at rates from many companies, NAF provided the best rate by nearly .5%. Paul and Alam were accessible, addressed all of my concerns, explained my options well and provided realistic expectations of costs that left me without any regrets at closing . As the other party working with this lender of a buyer who's purchasing my house I do not recommend anyone to utilize this company's lending services. This company has poorly communicated any delays or progress to my agent and it has ended up costly on our behalf and a lot of time wasting. I understand delays may happen but lying when something is completed and it has not is completely unprofessional.
