I went in today with an appointment I made through Equifax to assist with an I-9 form completion and verification of documents for my employer. My employer gave me a link to book this service and this location came up as the closest one to me and according to Equifax they're able to assist me here. When I walk in and explain to the receptionist what I'm here for, she looks at me like I'm lost and confused and asking me if I'm sure I didn't book for IdentoGO Fingerprinting. Worse place ever. Terrible at the front, better off sending a carrier pigeon because they won't ever return a phone call. How do you answer a phone and say someone will call you back knowing they won't. The app "chat" is pure bs. I got a response three months later after they said send the notice in there and someone will call you back. Still haven't seen my NY or NJ tax return. Been doing this all on my own trying to fix what they messed up; paid for nothing. Waste of money

The price for a tax specialist was a little bit too high, even with the discount. I also have not received my 1127 (supposed to be included in my paycheck) didn't find that out until long after, plus, looking at my future work paychecks, it looks like it will be split into payments instead of a lump sum. Those two things kinda knocked down my review, but I enjoy the website and app, and I like how easy it was to send in documents and upload. Good place, I would still come back.
