Fantastic customer service. I popped in today to get a decent hat for my son for a skiing trip. The guy was lovely. Really helpful and genuine. He was lovely with my young daughter too, answering lots of her questions about the different equipment in the shop. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely poor customer service in trying to get an issue resolved with faulty boots. I received some Scarpa SL Activ boots as a present from a family member for Xmas 2023. I had completed 56 miles in the boots (tracked on Strava), and the sole started to become detached. These were sent back to nevisport who sent them for repair. When I sent the boots in April 2024 I informed them I had a hiking holiday mid May so needed a resolution by then. This deadline was missed and I had to purchase new boots for the trip.
