High quality timber and great customer service
What a huge rip-off! I bought $619.07 of timber. Asked if I could return it (stuff happens). They said yes. So I did. No mention of a cost other than 'maybe' a cost for them dressing the hard wood. Fair enough. The refund, which took almost a week to happen after the wood was given back to them was $435.49. A completely unexpected cost of $183.58 or 29.82% of the total purchase price. Would have been nice if they could have told me this 'before' I returned the wood. What t
