After blowing a tire at top of flintlock and a long lonely walk out the guys at neverlost got me fixed up. New tire, trued my wheel while I waited. Super helpful and friendly. True bike enthusiasts. Top notch service. Will be back!
Great shop, Dejay and team are phenomenal. Ordered a bunch of components at competitive prices, and arrived quick. Had them do a re-lace on a wheel set, wheels are all trued up and ride perfect.
I bought my first ebike last year from NeverLost and loved it! My knee started to give me trouble this year so I went back to see what adjustments could be made to my bike. I ended up trading mine in for a different bike and what a difference! I can't say enough good things about the owner, people who work there and the store. They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest - everything you would hope to find. 100% recommend.
