Port Jervis is a hidden gem for mountain biking. If you haven't been, you are missing out. Go get it!
Had to cancel an order due to unfortunate circumstances . The shop then told me I had to pay a restocking fee (as a child’s bike seat is a specialty item) —and on top of that, a Visa credit card transaction fee. Neither fee was mentioned when I placed the order 6 days prior. Their communication was also very poor throughout. Would not recommend.
Three bikes, two baskets, four helmets and countless other items purchased from Neverlost Adventures over the years and we’ve never had an unpleasant experience. The bikes are top of the line, the service impeccable and whatever is not physically in the store is ordered and ready in no time at all. I have challenged them with my orders and have yet to be disappointed 😂 Definitely a must stop for any cyclist, paddle boarders, river tubing, outdoor person!
