First of all don’t believe for a minute the reviews that claim their questions are always answered. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. There is no physical location for this business. All employees work from home. You know how that goes…you don’t get your calls returned in a timely manner. When you have an urgent request, it seems to fall on deaf ears. It took them over 1.5 mos to do a simple tax return. Completely unacceptable!!
