This bank decided that $23 dollars and some change was enough to close someone's account without any notices, phone calls or emails. Not that any banking institute cares about people's struggles...but when dealing with a small town bank not to mention the only bank here you would think they would deal with customers a bit better than just being told we'll you were late and this what you owe while I was there to pay the 23 dollars.
Although I now live in Reno, this is my go to branch. Melissa is awesome!
NOT A COMMUNITY BANK If you are a longtime local all good anyone else you are an outcast it’s the only bank in town we are leaving this horribly managed bank she’s a cackling hen with her assistant by her side cackling along in her nest box office! Give it time Justin they’ve been great until a month ago now they’re playing with my veteran partner…US Bank going to take care of our veteran.
