The staff rarely seem happy. Always a canned greeting when you walk through the door. No one seems to smile for some reason. Not a "small town welcoming bank feel" to the place.
Sacramento just made my day better with her smile and patience when I was having a bad day . Thank you Saira and thank you NSB.
Michelle and all the people that were at Nevada State bank are so friendly and so helpful. I would never go anywhere else.
