Run for the hills if you decide to do business with these people. Yes they come off as very Polite, very professional and very convincing on how knowledgeable they are....However they seem to be experts ONLY when it is convenient for them and take your money, after that “good luck” with even getting anyone to help you. I found Joel, owner of Nevada Paralegal Center, to be above-average with customer service, and Nevada Paralegal Center to be a Veteran-Friendly business with a Veterans / Military Discount and accommodating to we disabled Veterans for our Special-Needs due to our military service connected disabled disabilities.
This man who answered the phone was so rude. Before I could ask a question he demanded my name. I told him he didn't need my name. Again he jumped down my throat growling what is your name. Who would want to do business with a nasty mean person like this ? I called the Secretary of State to see if he had a proper license. Maybe this is a cover business for something else ??? !!!
