The colonic I experienced this day at Jen*s wellness center was stellar and the best I have had ever. Jen incorporates abdomen massage (if wanted) and a warm castor oil pack for a little interlude. She articulates the process involved and how the machine operates . Her demeanor is calm and she radiates kindness and light. All in all a most healing beneficial treatment. I highly recommend Jen and will return.
