In the last month we have been in this store a few times. The dark haired (henna) lady was extremely rude and condescending. The customer service is non-existent. We returned something today and were told that we could only get an in-store refund on something that was defective when we bought it. My wife asked about why it was missing parts, and the lady said “I don’t know, I don’t live in China”. If you want extremely overpriced stuff, rude staff, and no customer service, this is your place.
Love this place. Great inventory for both patio furniture and artifical Christmas trees. The people are nice and the service is good!
