Nev Virk and Team are the best notary business I have encountered and I have worked with a few others before coming here. The cost was very right, the quality exceptional and the timing of it all from start to finish was super fast, as opposed to others who were saying it will be a few weeks. Also, Mr Virk is where you can go with a Coast Capital Savings Mortgage, as many notaries don't have the certification to work with this bank, whom in turn offers probably the best mortgage rates. .
An affidavit 2 years ago was $30, yesterday, $80. Thank you for your reply, however, 2 years ago your office did prepare the affidavit and then notarized it. I do understand inflation and did expect to pay more this year but was shocked by the amount of the increase. When I asked for the affidavit this year, I was told (by the clerk) to verbally tell her what to write as she typed.
