Neurospa has continued to create appts that I never scheduled, just for me to have to constantly cancel. I am 5 months pregnant so I know for a fact, I’m not scheduling these fake appts. Even though I called 4 times & they said it was being cancelled, I am still being charged with a no show fee. Comical. Keep the money— you guys seem to need it to keep your ego filled spa going.
