If you or a family member survived a stroke. Avoid this place at all costs. I came here and stayed for quite some time. My time here was absolute hell. I did not feel safe here in a state of paranoia at all times. Did not restore anything. Many days I was left to sit in my wheelchair looking out my door waiting and watching people and staff walk by hoping to be called upon to have Physical or occupational therapy. My mom has been there now three time. This last time I’m really displeased. One of the admin named Susan M. is totally horrid. She makes things so much more difficult in an already difficult time. She lies tooth and nail and I am not happy with her. But as for the staff this time around was nothing but wonderful. Therapist there are fantastic. It’s just that one bad apple that ruins the overall experience. So sad really and disappointing.
