The worst facility i was ever sent to worst nursing staff I’ve come across I had to fight just to leave from there leaving this horrible facility was the best thing for my health I found better help after than started walking without a cane 3years later take your family members out of here and listen to them if they inform you or any sketchy activity I’d grade it a negative if possible

The health insurance need to stop sending people here. They are poor at doing their jobs. My cousin came because he had a stroke and needed rehab and this place dropped him on the floor. Then afterwards, when trying to put him on a chair they would closed the door so you can't see how they pick him up or maybe so you won't see them drop him again. My cousin was very unhappy here. After much fighting with the insurance his dad got my cousin into a better rehabilitation center. FIGHT YOUR INSURANCE AND DO NOT COME HERE!

Lastly, the program director’s actions and behavior do not align with the Sevita’s (company) core values. ... read more

Many days I was left to sit in my wheelchair looking out my door waiting and watching people and staff walk by hoping to be called upon to have Physical or occupational therapy. Patients are left to fend for themselves the culture there was like prison/street rules/politics and as I was un... read more
