Sam helped me to overcome my long COVID after 6 months of suffering with quite heavy post viral fatigue. I think the Lightning Process is for everyone, regardless of your background, story, or where you want to be. I wanted to use the LP for doing low mood, perfectionism etc. and because most of the testimonials are for ME (chronic fatigue), it is easy to second-guess. I observed Sam taking a Lightning Process training with clients with different issues. He is passionate about the Lightning Process and is very committed and motivated in helping people make change. He is kind and supportive towards his clients and builds good rapport with them. I especially liked how he invited the clients to his flat on the third day of training which made everyone bond together and it symbolized the going forward of new changes in their lives.
