I’m a relatively new patient to NeuroLogic but I have been extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of my physiotherapist Alison Muir. As a newly diagnosed Parkinson’s patient, Alison’s level of expertise on the physiological issues and physiotherapeutic treatments for Parkinson’s has been very comforting and helpful.
Tried my best to make an appointment. Left several messages during the week. Days went by before there was a response only to be told that the scheduling coordinator was only there until 1:30 PM. Got the message after that time. I gave up. I am a health care provider in Ottawa and I find this unacceptable. I am sure the independent contractor with whom I was trying to make an appointment would be interested to know that he is losing business to shoddy management.
I have been a client of NeuroLogic for some time. Nicole Kholert is my physiotherapist. I can say without hesitation that Nicole is the finest physiotherapist who has ever treated me. She brings not only a technical competence but also compassion at the highest level, I am 77 years old and almost 50 years ago sustained a traumatic spinal injury that left me partially paralyzed on the right side. I have been getting therapy with Neurologic before they became Neurologic, due to a severe brain injury. My original therapist Janet and now Nicole K have worked with me to surpass expectations on the possible outcome of my TBI.
I called a couple days ago to ask about specific services but receptionist was rude and cranky. Not cooperative and not answering my questions if she does she's honestly very rude! Not an excellence customer service I think she needs to change career clearly she is not happy with what she is doing!!!
