I was training for a 50 mile running race and got knee pain associated with a tight IT band. I took 10 days off and still couldn't run a quarter mile without serious knee pain. I found Joanna online and after the first session (plus 1 days rest) I was able to run three miles, no pain. I am so grateful for her practice and her help. I'm stoked to continue my training injury free and feel confident with how my body is functioning. 5 stars, for sure!

My husband developed Plantar Fasciitis and was in severe pain and discomfort for several months with little relief from conventional therapy. After the first session with Joanna 80 % of the pain had gone and after two more sessions was completely Pain free. The technique she used was P-DTR which proved extremely effective.

Joanna is a miracle worker! She saved me from bunion surgery. One visit and the debilitating pain was gone -- six months later, I'm still fine. She also helped me with terrible hip pain. After receiving treatments from Joanna and doing her recommended exercises, the pain is gone as well. I call her immediately whenever I have pain.

Joanna is amazing and very informative. She knows her craft and has made an incredible difference in my life. My first visit I had an 80% improvement. Being a bodywork myself, I could relate to her and her methods of therapy. I have been seeing now for about 3 months and it just keeps getting better. Very impressed with her professional ethic and her empathic care to details. I am moving out of town and will travel back for my appointments. ♡
